This program is specifically designed to help our participants that have more life experience than some of our others. Starting out, we plan to use our newest piece of equipment, the Equicizer. It is a manually operated horse that simulates an actual horse's movement. Because of that, this new equipment will work to help develop muscles in the hip area and around the spine. Doing so will not only improve balance and gait but also help with chronic pain, especially in joints. There has been research done that this specific equipment and its movement helps release what is needed to rebuild bone that has been lost. We would love for you to join our new class and see what the fuss is about.

This is an excellent way to not only have a time of rest for the caregivers and socialization for your loved ones but also help increase their strength, balance and mobility. Join us for this one-of-a-kind experience that will not only be fun for your loved one but physically help them too!
